Wedding Space in Lexington to Meet Your Needs

Whether you're planning a large banquet reception, an intimate rehearsal dinner or even an engagement party or bridal shower, Clarion Hotel Lexington has the space you have in mind. From our grand Bluegrass Pavilion with banquet accommodations for up to 450 people, to our Lexington and Keeneland rooms with capacity for 40, our beautifully appointed event accommodations are sure to delight.

Reserving Your Space

Contact us for an appointment with our wedding coordinator for a personal consultation. We'll help you determine what space is right for you, and once the date is confirmed, we'll forward you a contract. Review the contract and return it to us with a non-refundable deposit. Then, 30 days prior to your event, 50% of your estimated charges will be due, with the remainder to be paid three business days prior to your event.

Cancellations

We must receive your cancellation in writing 90 days prior to your event in order to receive a refund. Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, all deposits will be forfeited.

Transportation

We offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Bluegrass Airport (LEX) for you and your guests.

Guest Accommodations

Take advantage of our greatly reduced guest room rates on Friday and Saturday nights for all of your wedding guests. We will consider early arrival or late departure rates on an individual basis.

Hospitality Suite

Your friends and family can enjoy more time together before or after your event in our Hospitality Suite offered at $175 per evening, subject to availability. The Hospitality Suite is complimentary with 25 paid guest rooms per night.
